The heart of Be Loved is to see young women thrive within themselves, their relationships and with God.

We are passionate about inspiring healthy self-respect and encourage the ability to make valuable life choices. Through the ‘Be Loved’ course we are equipping the group members to deal with life’s challenges head-on, using practical exercises and biblical truth. We love to see young women enjoying the life they have been given, and being excited for their future.

The programme has been specifically devised for 14-17 year olds, and runs as six weekly sessions, lasting two hours, in groups of 8-10 with two facilitators. It fits perfectly into an educational half term and can be run by a youth leader, as part of an existing home-group, or youth group weekly meeting.

A creative Be Loved journal has been designed to assist the sessions, allowing the members to document their journey, and reflect back, once the course has finished. The journal contains inspirational testimonies, applicable bible verses, relevant questions, and effective activities related to each session.
